I feel a bit like I've been deceived.
After an update to a new version, all the reward requirements have been drastically increased. For example, the previous requirement for a "back label" was only 6,600 points, but now it has been increased to 8,000 points. This is really not very user-friendly. It makes me feel like I'm starting to reduce my visits/consumption here.

Poorly design and poor membership
The apps don’t even allow paste of words on registration, no guideline for password until you click summit and let you know it was an error. The rolling menu too close to the end of the screen make the iOS move the whole screen to the bottom. Also, this is the only restaurant membership I ever found you need to wait for a day before using it.
