App broken. Issues after version (Fixed!)
This app has been working great for my business for multiple years. However about a week ago, around the time of the newest version patch. I am no longer able to connect to my partition….. This problem has been fixed for me with the 1.4 update thank you very much

Losing customers! *Update* It’s fixed.
*Update* They finally released version 1.4! It seems to have resolved the issue on iOS devices. We’ll see how long it lasts….. took almost 6mths. Interesting that where it says what’s been addressed in the update, that all they list is bug fixes and don’t say, we fixed what we broke. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused everyone. This app has been one of the primary selling points for customers with an easy to use interface for controlling their doors remotely and being able to maintain security. The app has been broke since November of 2024. That was 5 months ago! Tech support just says it’s Apples issue! They tell me, “Just go buy an Android”. Now I’m losing customers to other competitors (PDK, Genetec, etc) Ever since Honeywell acquired Lenel they’ve been going downhill. Pretty sad that Lenel is willing to lose customers and revenue over an app they don’t care about fixing. This is ridiculous and to the point of our company looking to partner and become integrators with other access control products.
