Fast Food!?
Benihana has great food presented in a fun and wonderful experience. Offering it to go is a sin. No Benihana only offer dine in no fast food mentality. Now the app is a good thing but needs all things Benihana on it. Like the birthday coupon signup. Please add this. You lost me and 3 others this week at least for a year because of the confusion with this app and trying to link it to the Friends with Benefits program. Couldn’t get it to work. You just lost about $300. Please fix this useless app and turn it into something better.

It was my birthday….
I did want to go to a special place to celebrate my birthday and thought in Benihana because a few years ago that I want it was wonderful! But yesterday 😥 the food wasn’t the best; they took a long time waiting just sitting on the table; and the restrooms were awful 😞 it looks like someone take our the trash and everything else is very careless. Sadly I won’t go again.
