You can use it to capture photo or record video with a retro film.
You can also use it to edit photo from album.
It is very funny, try it.

Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period.
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication.

Ok app...
The app is ‘ok’ in my opinion, but there are certain features that you have to purchase for $7.99. If you don’t like watermarks on your pictures I do not recommend this app for you. Overall it’s has a ok standard of filters. If you don’t pay $7.99 for the extras you only get to use 1 filter. Overall experience was not very good.
