Have to enter body care twice a day.
This app is good but I’ve had to enter my body care twice in order for it to count. I’ll enter it and it looks as tho it’s accepted but later in the day it shows I didn’t. I’ve “skipped” several days because of this. Today the app says it my login name doesn’t exist. ***UPDATE*** This review was about 2 years ago. After a few iOS updates, it works 100%!

When I have a pain I always wonder what I could do as I am needing help now — and googling it takes so much time for answers This is a one “stop shop “ for how to strengthen that area and reduce pain . The motivation part works well for me. I don’t know why but I need points and accountability And I love that . Even as I write this I am in a stretch for my back . I am into the solution -
