Worst app ever and does not work.
App simply freezes or does not work to the point I couldn’t check in or enter my AirBnb multiple times. Any hosts using this app should explore alternatives due to the inconvenience and inconsistency this app brings.

Passport scanning doesn’t seem to work, info pages are empty
My Airbnb host in Spain required me to use this app, but agree with other reviews experience- the app is truly awful to use. Scanned three passports but it made me re enter all info from two of them manually anyway. OCR and especially passport form recognition is a solved problem in computer science so really unclear why a modern app can get it so wrong.
