- Login with your ABT Travel card and top up your ABT anonymous account
- Register your Travel Card into your Mobility Account
- Manage your Travel Cards (after you register a Mobility Account)
Please note that if you already have a SANRAL account you don't have to register again to use this App, simply use your existing credentials to log in (the same details you would use for the SANRAL website).
Should you not remember your password, you can reset it from the App main screen using the Password Recovery feature. In case you don't remember your ClientId, Username, or registered Email, please contact the Call Centre: 0800 726 725
Before using the new feature to report Potholes offline, make sure you have logged in successfully to the App at least once. This is for the App to remember your details and capture the Potholes locally on your device associated with your profile.
Once your device is connected again (to any network, mobile, or Wi-Fi), the App will automatically upload in the background the Potholes that were captured while online. Allow a few minutes for the new Potholes to be displayed on the "My Reports" menu.
