Disappointing features
As a tree care, professional, I have used many pieces of software throughout my career. Although I am still new to this one, I can’t say it is clunky and not intuitive. For instance, it will not save my login credentials on iOS. Obviously if I unlock my phone, then it is secure any company looking to move forward with this product knowing that is just one of the little annoyances that will affect your staff consider what else lurks beneath. For instance, if you’re trying to go to an appointment, you can’t just simply click on the address and navigate there via Apple Maps or Google maps. I know that Arbor is one of the original software in the industry. Having said that the lack of usability, and the clunky interface is disappointing. It’s my companies implementation, their videos and tutorials are also less than ideal.

Great product
I have used every version of mobile estimator Tree Management has written. By far this is the best. Easy to maneuver through the screens. Works fantastic on my iPad. Previous versions did not work smoothly on iPhones. This version definitely does work great. Thanks Doug Graves Glass Tree Care Eugene, Oregon
