The app has been stuck on verifying my profile and there’s no way to have support help it go away

This app was really nice for a long time but then my app got stuck in a verifying process. Anytime I open the app it says “we are currently verifying your profile, please wait” and it’s been stuck on there for months. I can’t seem to find any customer support to help with that. I enjoyed using and meeting new people on that app and wish I could use it again. Is there anyone I can contact for support on this issue?
