Copy/Paste
As soon as I opened the app I received an alert that it pasted what was I had copied earlier. There is no reason that this app needs to know what I have copied.

Just don’t expect to get your food on time
I keep giving whyQ a chance because I want to support the hawkers, and also give a local startup a chance. But the frequency and extent of their delivery delays substantially exceed the other apps; today, it will be 1 hour late, esp with the rider going from Golden Mile to Braddell before coming to my place around Kallang. Ridiculous routing and super frustrating experience.

Too much markup on the food prices
I compared the prices on food items on various apps and noticed that the price on WhyQ is a lot higher than other platforms. I can’t justify the higher price considering that I have to pick up the order at a collection point.

Compared to other food delivery apps, this one has the worst record on timeliness. Customer service is pretty useless as well. Deleting the app asap.

App keeps crashing, unreliable delivery
App keeps crashing while ordering food. Finally logged on via laptop and lunch to be delivered 11.30am-12pm. They called at 11.30am to cancel the order because of “technical issue” 👎
