Ollomol

Ollomol is a versatile molecular viewer designed to explore the structure of molecules in 3D, VR, and AR. The software incorporates a unique AR tracker creator for any molecule, which allows the autonomous building of AR patterns by the user. Additionally, it has an option to export STL files for 3D printers or edition in 3D software. It recognizes any molecule in PDB format, but it is especially well suited for proteins, since it allows sliding down on their backbone as if they were roller coasters.
