App sucks/wont give refunds
I give up on these guys. Their app sucks. mobile orders get sent to wrong locations. it happens so frequently they have a laminated QR code at the counter to “request” a refund. The employees have no empowerment to make you the coffee unless you pay again. The QRcode form continuously kicks you off. So getting a refund is nearly impossible. Sorry PRESS! After a year of being loyal I’m walking away because your customer Service and app sucks so bad!

Ever since they completely redid the app it is horrendously glitchy, slow and makes it extremely hard to order.
