It’s ok …
Ac je Leo Express v provozu jiz nekolik let, stale se zdokonaluje. A tak porodnimi bolestmi jeste obcas prochazi. Pouzivam Leo vlak jiz nekolik let mezi Prahou a Suchdolem n/O. Je fakt ,ze je nekdy zpozden, ale jinak doprava docela ujde. Jidlo je podle moznosti taky jakz takz, ale kava se dost zhorsila a neni dostatecne tepla ! Ale, hlavne personal potrebuje vice treninku v “customer service”. Jeden mladik z personalu se choval jako by tam cestujici byli pro nej — a ne naopak! Devcatum casto chybi jakykoliv usmev na tvari . Skoda, lepe by se nam vsem cestovalo. EBH z USA

Horrible
The app is working all right but there is absolutely no need to download it. I’ve used Leo 3 times and every time we had at least an hour of delay. The personnel is rude and always seem annoyed by passengers. Food is either stuff filled with chemicals and con-servants or cooked in a microwave. Terrible experience
