One week to one month time sink I guess
One week is enough playtime to get to the point of the game where you start needing to grind more than usual. I just got to this point. You will have a better time with two hands in horizontal/landscape mode with joystick controls on because combat is fast and reaction based with multiple buttons you need to monitor. Reset time for stores is way too long. 10 hours needs to be reduced. If the combat was simpler, the town building was cheaper, and the game content was updated every now and then, maybe I’d play it for longer. Off the top of my head, at least two quest lines allude to more, but just end.

Good skeleton, bad guts
This game is actively fun to play. Until you find yourself doing the EXACT SAME THING over and over and over in order to collect like ten gold and two exp. The combat and physics and assets are all great-this could have been such a fun, I dunno, roguelike? Shuffle the layouts! Let me scrounge around for whatever gear the rng gods have deemed me worthy to find! Surprise me! Right now it’s over the line with aggressive monetization and forced repetitive grind. A re-think of the big picture of this game could have resulted in an all-time great. But as of now it’s a trifling curiosity that gets old in about ten seconds. Devs: USE these assets and this engine to make something REAL and FUN.
