Does not allow activation
I am an ex-syndicate bank employee who took VRS and settled abroad. I draw my pension from your Rajarajeshwarinagara Branch, Bangalore 560098. I have not been able to activate the Canarites app or the Candi app. My overseas mobile number is registered with the branch and get notified regularly on pension credit and TDS deductions. The mobile registration does not work for any other activations. This is very frustrating and if I had and option to given a negative star I would give it a negative 10. Wake up and do something to improve the experience.
