Can’t disable optional eDiary entries
After activating my account, I repetitively receive notifications to complete my optional eDiary entry. The research study team cannot disable the generation of the optional entries nor the hourly notifications to complete the entries. They contacted the study sponsor who cannot disable these erroneous entries and have not had success working with the developer (you fine folks) to fix this bug. This is not complex programming. Elevate this to a P1 incident/problem and fix it. If I wasn’t getting paid to participate in this clinical study, I would drop out so that I don’t continue to receive these annoying notifications.
