The ads are ridiculous

In your Meta ads, you are showing people losing vast amounts of weight and gaining phenomenal tone, all while saying this was achieved in “just 7 minutes a day for 28 days”. Then, when reading your reply to Glenna’s Feb 9 review, you admit it’s not realistic or safe to lose 30+ pounds in a month. I’m not sure why more people aren’t talking about your advertising tactics.

Always wanted to try Tai Chi

Every class I wanted to try in person wasn’t starting at beginner level and I didn’t know enough Tai Chi to keep up, or beginner classes didn’t meet my schedule needs, etc. I saw the ad for trying this. I do wish they had said this was an app in the ad (maybe they do and I don’t remember). This is doable so far and I already know my balance is getting better. I make it a habit to put my socks and pants on while standing and my left leg had started to get a bit wobbly, so I was glad to try Tai Chi and have it help my balance, strength, and flexibility. I’m in my 60s and those are the important things to keep me mobile.
