Can’t create account
I have been using Humanitix now for quite some time but it looks like I’m going to have to find a new ticketing platform. I just recently had an event and instructed all of our door staff to download the app so they could scan in tickets. Every single person that tried to create an account was met with an error message not able to create an account so they could get scan in and permissions. As you can imagine this caused a massive issue.
