This app is a stain on the Six Senses brand.

Our stay at the resort in Laamu was amazing. This app was the only sore point. Resort staff are basically developing ad-how workarounds to severe UX shortcomings, which came up several times during our stay. IHG has a ton of money. They just need to spend a few million to hire real quality PM, UX, and Eng (maybe hire around Silicon Valley?). Stop with the outsourcing. Otherwise, just get rid of this enormous source of frustration that detracted from our resort experience.

Verify email, phone blah blah! How can I verify my phone it’s out of service in this country ?! Why so complicated?!!! Can’t I just sign up using my name and the room number?!!! I’m here for relax! Not dealing with all your system!!
