Active Energy
・Ex. METs 3.5, Weight 50 kg, Time 10 min. (3.5 - 1) x 50 x (10 / 60) x 1.05 = 21.86 kcal.

Optional permission requests
・Apple Health: It is used to record data in Apple Health.
・Tracking: It is used to deliver personalized ads to you.
・Notifications: It is used to sending notifications.
・Photo Library: It is used to save image in Photo Library.
