An app for the Board of Directors to use before, during, and after Board meetings, to supplement physical meetings by providing on-the-go, easy and immediate access to voluminous meeting documents related to Board, Sub-committees, and Shareholders’ Meetings. Built as an extension to BLISSPLUS and BLISSLISTED - a secure corporate secretarial automation, e-repository, and risk management software, this application streamlines scheduling of meeting, ensures seamless integration of records, and facilitates Directors to annotate the document with comments or highlight portions of it with the option of sharing their annotations with other Directors/ Secretarial team to enhance the coordination and ensure high level of confidentiality and security. The app also allows access to Company’s governance records and to vote on circular resolution.
