Status Updates:
Once your order is on the way, your app keeps you in the loop. You’ll know the whereabouts and arrival time of your food and can greet it with fork in hand.
Order Ahead:
We all know that burrito craving will hit you in a week or two. Don’t wait ‘til the last minute. Order as far in advance as you need, and when the time comes we’ll place your order and whisk it to you while you sit back and relax.
Order Support:
We know that sometimes stuff happens even with trained delivery professionals. If on some rare occasion something goes wrong, we don’t force you to submit a support ticket. If you do need help we’re here, and it will be actual local people from the Tarheel state, many of whom toss around “y’all” like a local.
Options:
We’re picky about getting you just what you want. Need that burger 4/5ths bacon and 1/5th veggie but labeled for three people? Fine, we don’t judge. We just make it happen.

Unfortunately this is a terrible app. The availability of different local vendors is very limited, and fees are too high. To add insult to injury, I received a gift card for this app due to a cancer diagnosis, but they will not store your gift card information in their app, requiring you to add it every single time. It seems fairly clear that this is in hopes that you will lose the code, and that they will be able to take your money. I received a separate gift card for DoorDash, and have been very pleased with it. For your sake, learn from my mistake and don’t use Takeout Central for anything
