I booked a flight to New Zealand. For a funeral. My flight was intentionally cancelled and they wouldn’t issue me a refund for an international flight. Poor customer service and there website states that they will issue a refund for any unused flights.

Terrible customer support
App is terrible and the customer support is even worse. The call center couldn’t even adjust our seats after calling almost a dozen times. Y’all really need to improve your app and online customer service.
