Lost 8 years of data
I’ve had this scale and used it daily. All of a sudden the old app that I used didn’t work and I couldn’t get access to the 8 years of data that I had on it. Very disappointed that there was no warning or way to transfer all that data

Does NOT work
I guess the original app is now gone - I didn’t even get a notification! I’m upset, I can’t even get into it now to access all my data and it was tracking my weight loss progress. I installed this one, thinking I could just log in, but it says I don’t exist. When I try to create a profile, it says something about a network error. So, - what? Now I have this expensive scale I bought that no longer connects and tracks progress as I can’t even log in to attempt to connect it. I’m very unhappy & I’ll never buy any more of your products.
