Pretty bad
I love Baratza - I do. But this app is bad, really bad. It should minimally show you the current version of the firmware and only show if there is an update to be applied. Otherwise, it should show nothing other than it is the current version. And what’s with the two firmware choices? Unnecessarily confusing. Again, I love my Sette 270wi but this app has to change.

An effort...
You can tell this wasn’t made by a company that deals in software often. Very non intuitive and ugly, but it does work if you follow the instructions. And I can’t imagine firmware updates for a coffee grinder are going to be too frequent, so meh.
