About MGB Health Plan On Demand
Virtual urgent care for Mass General Brigham Health Plan members. On Demand is a convenient, low-cost care option for minor illnesses and injuries that is available anytime and anywhere in the United States. Patients (adults and children age 2 and older) connect to providers through a secure video visit on the web or mobile device.
Providers can diagnose, offer treatment and prescribe medication, if medically necessary, for many health conditions, including:
• Upper respiratory infections/flu/cough/cold
• Sinus symptoms
• Sore throat
• Ear ache
• Eye irritation/conjunctivitis
• Allergies
• Rashes
• Other minor injuries and minor illnesses
On Demand is NOT for medical emergencies. For medical emergencies, call 911.
To get started, download the MGB Health Plan On Demand app or access the website via the member.mgbhealthplan.org portal. For your first visit, you’ll need to create an account with your Member ID. Registration is quick and 100% secure.
