JADE® (Joint Asia Diabetes Evaluation®) Mobile is designed for JADE®-users for viewing their records and JADE® Reports associated with the JADE® Programme.

JADE® Programme consists of an integrated disease management tool to empower people with diabetes and care providers to proactively manage diabetes, that includes:

• Individualized risk predictions
• Care protocols and treatment recommendations
• Practical tips to empower self management to facilitate shared decision-making between people with diabetes and their care providers.

JADE® Mobile has another core function 'Self-care' to help users record health-related data for maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
