Works fine
The one thing I should be able to enjoy over tracking my progress is the customizability. I don’t have many routines but for some unholy reason the repeaters function will not let me keep my desired pause between set time. I can only do the the no-hang protocol one side at a time, and instead of allowing me the ability to set a 10 second timer between sets, it changes the timer to 20 to “better suit my settings”. Why give me a customization option that won’t even stay set??? For now I am stuck doing 6 reps for one hand then 6 for the next, effectively doubling my warmup time.

Please Fix Repeaters
I like the app in general and it’s been helpful for measuring progress. However the Repeaters function is overly confusing to use. Why does enabling the Left/Right function add a lower limit to the pause between sets? It would be to track progress on each hand and keep my session moving quickly if I didn’t have to sit through a much longer timer in between sets each time. Please either remove the lower pause limit or let me skip individual sections of the session or I’ll have to use the Custom Session function which shouldn’t be necessary and is also hard to use in its own right. In order to program multiple sets at different target zones I have to create multiple presets and run more than one program across my training session. TLDR: a good app for measuring strength and tracking progress. Repeaters and Custom Session are too clunky to be useful for consistent training
