*All loan information is presented without warranty, and estimated APR and other terms are not binding. Hearth’s lending partners generally present a range of APRs (for instance, from 5% to 35.99%) with a range of terms and monthly payments. As an example, a $10,000 loan with an APR of 14.50% and a term of 36 months would have a monthly payment of $344.21. Actual APRs will depend on factors like credit score, loan amount, loan term, and credit history. Only borrowers with excellent credit will qualify for the lowest APRs. All loans are subject to credit review and approval.

Convert to contract bug
I have created a ticket and tried to email and call customer service regarding this terrible bug that has been happening for the last month when you create a quote and you press convert to contract a black screen appears and app crashes. which has been confirmed by customer service also by customer service. This has still not been fixed as of feb 16. This is costing me time and money, especially when we pay $2000 plus for the software; it needs to be in tiptop shape at all times. The whole reason I got this software was because of the easy one click conversion from quote to contract, not me creating a separate contract on top of my quote. since you updated the app we cannot create contracts on mobile we have to do it on laptop or PC you need to fix this immediately

Deceptive Renewal Practices & No Accountability
I would never work with this company again. Hearth relies on automatic renewal language buried in their contract and refuses to offer refunds, even when the service was never used once. There is no courtesy phone call, no meaningful customer support, and no willingness to resolve issues professionally. In July 2025, I proactively called Hearth to ensure my account would not renew. I spoke with a professional and was told someone would follow up. No follow-up ever happened. No email. No case opened. No confirmation of any kind. Fast forward to February 2nd, and I was charged for another full year of service. Hearth claims they sent a renewal email in December — I never received it. If I had, I would have immediately responded to cancel. Instead, they defaulted to auto-renew and are now refusing to reverse the charge. To make matters worse, we never used this service even once during the year we paid for it. Most of our clients didn’t qualify for financing, making the service unusable for our business. At this point, we’ve paid over $5,000 for something that delivered zero value. As a business owner myself, I would never treat a client this way. Hearth won’t even get on the phone to discuss the issue — everything is handled through rigid email responses and contract language. That alone should be a red flag. We have an active dispute open with American Express and will be fighting this charge. This situation is less about the money and more about principle. Companies should not operate this way. If you search 1-star reviews on Trustpilot, you’ll find many other customers with nearly identical experiences. That tells you this is a pattern, not an isolated incident. Please reconsider working with this company. I will continue sharing this experience to prevent others from being taken advantage of.
