About Natoora NYC
We exist to fix the food system. Seek out flavour and you will find radical seasonality, real transparency and dietary (and ecosystem) diversity.
NATOORA
For almost two decades we have replaced a broken, opaque food system with a transparent supply chain, building a community of small-scale growers and independent producers who put flavour first. By connecting them with chefs in the most influential restaurants across London, Paris, New York, Miami, Copenhagen, Malmö and Melbourne, we have shifted food habits across the globe. Today, we bring the same produce to you at home.
APP FEATURES

Can’t see address info in the app
This app is poorly designed. There should be a profile page where user info can be edited easily. The confirmation when you place an order is super vague and I’m not sure if my delivery will even end up at the right place because it doesn’t specify the address when the order is confirmed. On top of that I can’t check what address they have on file for me. Very strange :( hopefully it gets to the right place but I can only guess and that’s not a great feeling.

Repeatedly false origin listings
In one order I had 3 veggies that were “local” (listed as from NY & PA) but the twist ties showed they were actually grown in SC & CA! This was not a one-off, it happened two weeks in a row. Upon review of old reviews I see this is not a new problem- even though I got a reply from them saying they were “working on it”. Frankly, this is just lazy or flagrantly false advertising, neither of which are acceptable. They contacted me and essentially said they prioritize other things in their growers than location (implying they didn’t care that their listings misrepresented the food)- never mind that my decision making about what I buy is based on *my* priorities, not theirs!
