Disappointing Experience – Unreliable App & Rigid Policies
The app has serious flaws when booking coworking spaces. It allowed me to make a duplicate reservation with no warnings, and I was charged over $60 with no flexibility or refund—even after canceling within minutes. Be aware: extra charges can happen easily, and their policies offer no grace or support. The Spaces membership terms and contracts are confusing when signing up, and the customer service team is unhelpful and unwilling to make exceptions—even for loyal members. I’ve used WeWork for years and regret switching. At least they’re more transparent, flexible, and supportive. Also, many coworking rooms feel more like backrooms—small, windowless, and uninspiring. Honestly, you’re better off working from a coffee shop. I don’t recommend the app or the Spaces company as a whole.
