About Mind App

The app has three main sessions: meditation, a bit of wisdom and an exercise and 8 week cycle. The app is demonstrated through an INTRO where we welcome the users explaining to them why the app has been created and how it works. In the middle and at the end, a self-assessment section is aimed at checking the progress in the meditation practice.
