Foundation Training is life changing
I cannot recommend this app enough. It saved me from the low back and hip pain that prematurely ended my career. After two surgeries, I’d come to the conclusion that I had to take control of my own recovery. I was on a pelaton for 60-90 minutes a day. Working out with great results but no amount of PT and stretching could fix my limited range of motion. I was merely working around it. Finding foundation training was the missing piece to beating the pain. To the enhanced level of control and feel within my own body. My balance is better. My posture is better. My pain is a thing of the past. I’m back to work, my life is light years better thanks to foundation training. Dr Goodman I sincerely thank you.

Dr Goodman and Jesse Salas go above and beyond to teach Dr Goodman’s method of Foundation Training. I’ve never seen such a comprehensive approach to not only building strength through poses and movement, but correcting and healing through them! They’re both amazing teachers. My husband has been faithfully doing Foundation Training for 10 months now. After 6 months, his pain from a sprained back was gone, his flexibility is massively improved, he is getting more wattage on his bike rides, feeling zero discomfort in a vehicle when sitting for long periods, his balance is even better than before and he’s always surfed and rides a skateboard. As a personal trainer myself, I have seen huge improvements in my own hinge mechanics when deadlifting and have been able to utilize FT spinal decompression to release tension and connect with my body before a workout better than with any other technique I’ve used before. Foundation Training is a no-brainer. Yes, it takes work and dedication, but what are you waiting for? Pain free movement awaits you!
