Inventory functions right at your fingertips

The new eQuip! Mobile App makes it easy to find equipment located in sites and locations in your enterprise. This IOS application is used to remotely find inventory and audit equipment at your locations. Using a built-in camera barcode scanner, you can easily read asset tags, identify the equipment, or verify that the equipment is at the specified location.

It’s a simple, touch-oriented UI that allows you to quickly navigate to your sites and locations.
The application has several useful features:

Add Asset - Quickly add an asset to a site and location of your choice.

Audit By Location – Verify equipment at a given location. This function will move equipment to the correct location simply by scanning the barcode or touching the item on a list, you will mark the item as “AUDITED” with the current date.

Audit By person - Find and Audit assets using a person's name or ID.

Scan Barcode - Find asset based on barcode and change price or quantity.

Advanced Search - Navigate a list of sites, and for each site, navigate to a list of locations, and for each location navigate to a list of assets, and for each asset see the details of that asset. Enter new inventory, reconcile existing inventory, and see what is available.

Login – Connect to your free eQuip! Account.

Transfer assets by location and people - Allow the user to transfer selected assets to new areas using either their location, barcode or person name.

Sync – Securely and quickly synchronize your changes with your eQuip! account saving all updated data.

Sublocation no longer appears incorrectly as GUID value when saving from audit screen
Database is no longer limited to 50MB on iOS devices
