The Ultimateinstability app allows you to complement workouts with Aquabags, Aquaballs and our Hydrovest. Not only does it contain 180+ animated exercises previously hosted on our Online Training Center it also provides you with countless other training exercises; dumbells, functional, core, etc.
The Ultimateinstability app contains:
- The UI-community, an online gathering place for professionals where ideas can be spread and discussed
- 2000+ 3D animated exercises which you can use to create your own workouts and programs
- Pre-build workout programs with the Aquabags, Aquaballs and our Hydrovest
IMPORTANT NOTE: Before you get access to this application, you have to create your personal account for the Ultimateinstability app (This account is completely independent of the account you used on our website). Once you created your account you will be able to use the application on your desktop and on your phone by downloading the app in the Apple store.
