Buggy app
The app is buggy: it returned an incorrect email or password error when I used the email and login I (successfully) use to access the website (which is odd since I had used the app successfully with that same username and password combo), so customer care told me to uninstall and reinstall. I did that, and successfully logged in, but couldn’t pay my bill using either the saved payment profile or by manually entering my credit card number... the app just froze on submit. Waste of 20 minutes of my time. Now I’ll try to navigate their website.

Took it for a spin
I have to say this app is easier to use than the website. I’m used to the website and didn’t expect the app would be much different. Now that I’ve installed it I see it’s considerably different (in a good way). Logging in was fast, and most of my information was in big numbers on the first screen. Something that’s missing is today’s price, which is on the first page of the site. Put it on the first page of the app as well, it’s something people want to see.
