This lock in this app have made life easier when you’re out of town and you need someone to stay and take care of your dog or if you’re running late and your dog needs to be let out. No more issues no more accidents. Everything goes smooth because of this lock

Video stopped a year after installation
Very disappointed with this product. Support team was not helpful,they wanted a copy of my drivers license before sending out a replacement lock. And, it was the same person each time I called. The video is grainy when the feature decides to work.
