When using this app, please do not share the Security Token Codes with anyone, including Suncorp Bank.
How to use the Suncorp Bank Secured App:
1. Download the app.
2. Register with your existing Suncorp Bank Customer ID.
3. Use the Suncorp Bank Secured App to generate a Security Token Code when prompted by Internet Banking or the Suncorp Bank App.

Nearly impossible to do initial app set-up if outside Australia
Suncorp tech support explained that you must be connected to the australian app store for initial set-up. If you are outside australia and your app store is set up on a different region, you must first cancel every subscription, wait for the subscription dates to end and also cancel any family sharing in order to switch app store regions. While I understand this probably helps Suncorp to lower potential efforts for fraudulent access, it is incredibly inconvenient for a customer if outside Australia and their physical token expires and this app is Suncorp’s replacement solution to log into online banking.
