This App had totally prevent doing business with the hotel. The design was so not making any sense, the hotel management should have looking into, or to use it.

Pretty useless
The point of a hotel app is to not only book but also track reservations, stays, points and get a holistic view of your activities across the portfolio of properties This app does none of it Doesn’t list stays unless you submit an inquiry, doesn’t track points, doesn’t track reservations, pretty useless overall and on top of it. The hotels don’t log your stays
