Extremely Terrible Service

If I could rate beneath a one-star rating, that’s what FiberOne deserves. I applied for relocation from my former house to the new one and your team told me you have coverage in the new house, and it would take 7 to 10 days. I paid on December 2, and I called your team to see if it can be fast tracked. After payment confirmation, radio silence from FiberOne, no emails, no calls, no texts, just silence, I was the one calling to consistently ask for feedback, and I’ve never seen a group that’s as irresponsible as your team, I’m sorry, because it’s always we will transfer to this team, we will transfer to that team and the next time you call, same old story. They promised to come on December 23, and I crashed all my plans for that busy period expecting our darling FiberOne, only for me to get a call late in the afternoon that the operator supposed to be coming said there’s traffic and he wouldn’t come anymore, HOW INSENSITIVE AND IRRESPONSIBLE does an organization get. They eventually come today, January 8, a month and 6 days after payment only for them to say there’s a box that my house doesn’t have and they need. Asking the operator when they’ll just get this whole thing sorted, he says he doesn’t know when that’ll be sorted. At this point, I can conclusively say FiberOne internet is good, but FiberOne as an organization is unreliable, unprofessional, and they should be the definition of below mediocre, because how can they do this without consequences? Back story, a job offer I had required the need of the Fiber internet and FiberOne has decided to make itself the weapon fashioned against me with their useless organization structures. If you’re not yet on a Fiber internet service, please run from FiberOne, they’re the worst service you can think of. P.S. When the device was being installed in my last apartment, their operators came and still asked me for money to rent ladder. See, just run from FiberOne, they’re useless.
