Not able to watch away from home
The most dumbest thing ever.. it says I have to be at home to watch anything. Even when connected to any wifi. Why would I watch it on my phone if I have TVs all through the house?

No channel Guide/recorded shows won’t let you fast forward
I am a tech guy, but I find this app for the iPhone lacking in capability. This app is suppose to allow TV viewing away from home, which sounds awesome, but not easy to use. Where is the channel guide? The Guide is on my Apple tv and my Amazon Firestick, but not in the iPhone app. You can not easily look up a specific channel and browse by date and time like on the Firestick or Apple TV to see what is coming on. Very disappointed that their little detail is missing. The app on mobile devices should be similar to the Firestick and Apple TV. Update 9/14 This app is very frustrating to use. If I am watching a recorded show on the tv and then try to use any mobile device to continue watching, I find that it does not continue where I left off. Also now I can not fast forward, but it will let me backup but then I can not go forward. First off the mobile app should function similar to the Amazon fire stick to Apple TV which it does not. I am very disappointed in the functionality of the mobile app. Netflix, Hulu and Amazon have set a standard on how to stream programs, so Fidelity needs to do a much better job or they will lose customers. I am going to give Fidelity time to clean up their app or I may have to switch back to Directv. So I am dropping from 2 stars to 1. I was so excited to use the new streaming of Fidelity only to learn it is really sub par to other services.
