Garbage-Sandy websites and apps do not work their IT department needs replacing

I first used my phone to search the city website and couldn’t get anything to pull up. Each of the pages just scroll and scroll. I contacted city Council about this and they said they can’t fix it. I got the app hoping to have better luck and it’s the same problem. You would think with the taxes that the city charges to its residence that its websites would work and you would be able to see what’s going on and get emergency information if needed. Give me a break! Get new IT guys that know how to build and maintain your tech apps and websites!
