Never works
The program itself is incredible but the app never works for me. When I go to the app it is either closed for maintenance so I have to delete the app and restart. Then trying to login I have to reset my password every single time. It would be great if these bugs were fixed because I love the program.

Mediocre Platform worse Support
This app could be better, much better, if the support team was consistent. I recorded so many games and practices last year and my girls never used/ saw it due to the hassle of communicating with the developers. Started with the issue of setup. Coaches couldn’t be added as coaches or operators. Now just one coach is an operator but isn’t a “coach “ in the app and my other coach can’t even log in. Then, there are others teams in our app (same school) but it’s confusing. We use 2 courts so it’s different cameras but players would need to join both. I’m trying again this season but honestly is probably more headache than it’s worth.
