Terrible Support
Zoho One was the worst experience I’ve had with a software company. I’d used several Zoho standalone products with success and the then decided to do an annual Zoho One test. They assign an account rep who is worthless for helping and just ties together more subscriptions. We finally blocked his email. Then had to spend a lot of time on forums trying to figure out the integrations. You can find a live person and if you do, can’t understand them. Never again. ……………………………………… After I sent the review above, they left the standard “We’re sorry and we’ve added people and gotten better in the last year” response. Don’t believe it since this week they shut down our prepaid Zoho One account over a month before it expired and then took two days to correct their error. As a result, our customer website was down that entire time and we couldn’t take orders or access our business data. But we did get another email asking if we’d like to add more services / applications to our account. Terrible.
