Worst app update ever
They really phoned it in with this app update. It now requires a 6-digit code to login every time which is bad enough. But it only goes through email, which is clumsy, and it does not work with the iPhone’s auto populating feature. Every other app in creation can go one button tap to fill in an authorization number. Fix this. Also, who does your UI? Clearly nobody who’s ever read a book on the subject. After recommending back my vehicle to your system, I am greeted with a screen that lists my vehicle and proudly states that there are no vehicles to add. Confusing and dumb. And the worst new feature I saved for last. My car is now being disconnected from your service multiple times per day. Which means I have to go through this brain dead process over and over just so I can get credit for charging my car during off-peak hours. This morning I woke up and saw a message from 6:30 am saying my vehicle was disconnected (it’s Sunday morning). I reconnect the car and it didn’t even give me credit for last night’s charging, which is the whole reason I go through this arcane process. I suggest you do a bit of soul searching and hire some real humans who understand the HUMAN INTERFACE experience to redesign and code this app. And while you’re at it, fix your database so it stops disconnecting people, unless you are actually trying to sabotage the rebate program.

Doesn’t work for multiple cars
Worked for a few weeks, now the app is unable to tell which car is connected. I tried removing and re-adding both vehicles to the app with no change. When you plug in but the app just keeps switching between which one it is smart charging, despite only one car being on the charger. This results in neither car ever charging. They also randomly decide to only list all charging under one car so you only get 1/2 your rebate. The in-app support is useless. The only bugs you can report are text alignment issues, and they seem to alway be closed so too can only talk to the bot. If they fixed bugs it could be great, but for now it’s so buggy it’s unusable.
