Awful in every way
I’m begging my company to retire this app and pick literally any alternative. It’s easily the worst remote phone setup I’ve ever used for any job—zero redeeming qualities. I only gave it one star because I had to rate it in order to leave a review 🙄

Costs business
Using this for work, it doesn’t transfer calls well or at all, swipe to answer should be called swipe to cancel on customer. Clunky at best, online set up isn’t worth anything either.
