Be Careful

I had an issue with Foloosi, it deducted AED 45,510 while paying some bills and now almost over 3 months and they keep promising will refund within 1 week, till now nothing happened. Customer service stopped answering on the Aplication and on WhatsApp when will be the refund. Then I have send private tweet to Foloosi CEO Twitter with the pictures and the issue. he did not reply to me. I trusted them but Foloosi not worth the trust. I have called my bank and they advised me to fill a form and the money will be returned within 45 days.
