5 years without an update!
It seems to work, marginally. But it's been over 5 years without an update. The description says it will work on Apple watch, but no app is shown on watch.

App needs update of features
I bought this device for my wife last year. She needs it badly, but the lack of info displayed in the app - particularly regarding which mode it is in - has caused her frustration sufficient enough to avoid using the device at all. I waited a year to post this review certain that improvements would be made to this app so that I could encourage my wife to try it again. A full year and nothing has been done to make simple improvements to this bare bones app. Very disappointing. The product might be great, but without a better interface, my wife will probably never use it again.
