Unable to connect to server error
I agree with the most recent review. This app was working great. I could do everything I needed to do. Place holds, renew checked out materials, look up location hours, look at the “library of things”, etc. Now, I can’t get anywhere in the app to do anything. Immediately after launching the app I see an “unable to connect to server” error but I have a network connection (either LTE or wifi). Something broke and no one has fixed it yet. I would give this app 5 stars if I could use it the way I was in October 2023!

Has been offline for weeks (December 23)
This app was a wonderful tool until fall 2023 when it stopped working completely. I tried to uninstall and reinstall in hopes of being to log in but now I can't even get to the login page I am able to access my account via my browser by the website is not optimized for mobile phone.
