This doesn’t work at ALL. I purchased for my car keys… but definitely doesn’t work. Waste of time and money :(

Purchased 6 of these trackers and neither one of them worked. Do not recommend buying them. Waste of time and money!!!

Doesn’t work
The app downloaded fine, the device responds with sound and light. There is no indication any Bluetooth connection is happening. I’d recommend a first party product if there is a need.

Scam taking advantage of people
My father bought this, hoping to help forgetful family members not lose their belongings so frequently. It turns on, at least. But does not connect, or is even found/acknowledged by any phones tried. The app is sketchy as is the company and I highly doubt this is actually a Vivitar product. A scam through and through.

neither app or device work
The instructions with the device are not intuitive. They depict images of pages from the app that the app doesn’t even have, or the app should have them but only loads a blank screen. The device sound when it turns on or off is very low so I missed it the first couple time I pressed the button. The instructions say the light on device will continue blinking when it’s on but that is not the case. When the button is released, the light does not return. The device does not pair to app because of all of this.
